Appataxi is a platform purely designed for the means of acquiring a taxi. It acts for you as if it were flagging down a taxi in the street: using the latest Technology, we have developed this system for the benefit of both the customer and the driver.
We have been in the taxi service industry for the past 20 years and have extensive experience, first as customers and then as drivers and service providers.
Having come up with an idea originally for texting a Taxi, we moved with the technological revolution and have now developed a dedicated application (or App) for the process.
Appataxi is an easy way of acquiring a Taxi. The App allows you to choose the vehicle and the driver in your location, simply by clicking on the car icon. As soon as you have selected your required car and driver, you can then keep track of the vehicle in order to know precisely when the Taxi will arrive at your location.
You have a simple way of acquiring a Taxi. There is no need to phone a controller, as your request goes direct to the driver.
You can choose your own preferred vehicle and a driver in your location, as all drivers and vehicles are local authority registered and have all the necessary licences to operate in your area.
You can keep track of your taxi, safe in the knowledge that it's on its way and will reach your location on schedule.
All the Taxis are fitted with the local authorities' governed meters, so you can keep a track on your fare.
This Service can only be used in the Thanet District at this time
